-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

| We spent a magical time at the Riad and Laurent and the staff were very helpful. The location is perfect, just near to the Souks. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. | ||

| Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was absolutely great, very warm, welcoming, helpful, attentive and nice. The rooms were beautiful, and the personal attention we received in everything from food and drink services to tourist advice, was top notch. I would suggest Talaa 12 to anyone looking for a comfortable higher end ryad in Marrakesh. Our stay there made our trip a true success. | ||

| Talaa 12 was a beautiful residence. The service was run by two young men who couldn't do enough for us. Just by the Souk so very convenient. They walked with us everywhere that we were unsure of. Great holiday. | ||
