-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

| I had a wonderful experience at Riad Karmanda. Ahmed was extremely helpful. The dinner was delicious, as was the moroccon tea. The staff were always very frienly. Convenient location to the big square and very nice interiors at the Riad Karmanda. Highly recommended. | ||

| This is our second visit to Riad Karmanda and would recommend it to anyone. Ahmed is so helpful and his hospitality is second to none. The Riad is peaceful and calm after the hustle and bustle of the Medina and Souk... We are looking forward to our next visit! | ||

| We had a very nice time. It gave us a vieuw on living in the medina. The host was welcoming us in the right way and was helpful in finding places. We could relax, have a hammam and massages after a day in the crowdy medina of Marrakech. Just one advice: just go there if you have the opportunity. Jan | ||

| We had a lovely stay, couple of things -the shampoo and shower gel was not topped up in our bathroom during the 4 days we were there, also on the terrace it was lovely but not possible to read up there in the evening as the lights did not seem to work and also the covers on the chairs up there had a quite a lot of stains on them. Apart from that we had a great stay. Thank you to you all. | ||

| I really enjoy staying at the Riad it brought a different experience to our holiday. The staff (Ahmed, Mina) were very friendly and helpful in all always. The Riad is BEAUTIFUL and i recommend everyone to try the Chicken Tanjine. However I would like to alert everyone to find their own transpost because Rajeed is very expensive and charges quite alot comparing with the taxis at the plaza, where you can negociate a very fair low price and it IS SAFE. The location is good because its only a 8minute walk from the souks. however the street where the riad is located is quite busy and scary. If you travelling just girls it can be a bit dangerous. I would like to suggested the Riad to play music abd lower their food prices so we could eat more often in the riad. However overall I would go back. We loved the experience :) Thank you everyone at Karmanda Riad. | ||

| I would have liked the manager to settle the bill with me (not my guest) since I am the one that booked the riad. Thats my only complaint, otherwise the stay was a plesant one. I would stay here again | ||

| The only comment was regarding te breakfast. That could be more different. Now we did not have choice. The breakfast that was served, I did not like that very much. The hammam was great and so was the service. We felt very save and relaxed. | ||
