-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

| När vi anlände på eftermiddagen dagen efter nyårsafton höll personalen på att städa och vi kände oss som om vi kom in till någon efter en privat fest. Vi fick en tid för att själva nyttja hamam men ingen kom och hämtade oss, som det var sagt. Efter 30 min frågade vi och då tyckte personalen att vi kunde vänta lite till. Efter 40 min i badrockar i receptionen gav vi upp då det närmade sig vår egen middagstid. Vi reste runt i Marrocko och detta var det enda riad som begärde full betalning för både boende och middag flera månader i förväg. Jag fick också faxa/scanna in en form där jag förband mig att betala. Fast de redan hade fått pengarna. Väldigt byråkratiskt. Vilket jag ställer mig tveksam till. Alla andra riads tog bara 10% förskott. | ||

| We had an amazing visit to Riad Flam and couldnt have wished for anything else on our visit. I would highly recommende it to all friends and family. The staff, the accomadation, the welcome, the clealiness, the food , the drink , the massage - all totally oustanding. Can you please see if they have availability from the 14th February 2013 to the 17th? Thanks | ||

| The Riad Flam really is a beautiful Riad but the room we had was very small, bordering on claustrophobic. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities to be available free to guests as they are quite expensive to purchase through the Riad. Decorations and furnishings are absolutely lovely and staff were helpful but it was a struggle for us to be understood in English, therefore we felt we could not ask questions etc. I would recommend the Riad to anyone who is visiting Marrakech as it is of a high standard. Nice and relaxing away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. | ||
