-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

| Our room's air conditioning was not working. We were offered another room, but with only 1 bed, we requested twin beds. As the Riad was not full perhaps two rooms could have been offered or the air con fixed (it was broken the whole time we were there). Apart from that, we enjoyed it very much. | ||
