Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated, the Riad El Faran is situated in the Ben Slimane quarter of the Marrakech medina.
From the moment you step through the beautifully sculpted wooden doorway, you enter a hidden paradise. A flowered patio boasts a swimming basin covered in zellige designs and the discreet murmur of the fountains and singing birds invites you to relax after the bustling activity of the medina.
A peaceful walk through the aracades on the ground floor will lead you to the oriental salon with a fireplace, to the dining room and towards the Jasmin and Hibiscus guest rooms that open onto the patio.
Continuing up to the first floor, you will discover the Bougainvilliers guest room and the Papyrus and the Oranger suites.
All guest rooms and suites are decorated in a refined and traditional Moroccan style. Each room has a salon area with a fireplace and a private bathroom constructed with tadelakt or in zelliges.
The Bhou, the traditional summer salon, is a cosy corner ideal for enjoying a mint tea or taking a break to relax and unwind.

- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
