A historical residence, the Riad des Arts has been completely renovated with love and passion. This charming riad is comprised of five double rooms, a central patio with a pool, a hammam, jacuzzi, and a magnificent rooftop terrace solarium with great views of the famous Koutoubia.

The Riad des Arts invites you to leave behind ordinary vacations and to let yourself embrace culture, adventure, and relaxation in this magical setting that has succeeded in combining the three. You will discover a culture, a region, and they will have the pleasure to help you rediscover your senses : nature, seasons, art, history, architecture and folklore.

Situated near to the Plaza Djemaa El Fna, this riad is quite central for visiting historical sites and monuments hidden in the medina.

We're equiped with a Wifi connexion and there's a Satellite TV in the living room.

This historical riad that has been completely renovated with passion and an obvious respect for traditional architecture is available as a private rental. Composed of 5 double rooms, patio, splash pool, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace providing spectacular views of the Koutoubia. ( an increase of 20 to 50€/night/bed will be applied for extra-beds depending on the season )

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad des Arts will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
