The Dar Tinmel is situated in a peaceful djerb next to the Mouassine Fountain and only one block away from the bustling Djemaa El Fna square. This historical riad is comprised of three guest rooms decorated in individual styles and one guest suite. A large living space opens onto a beautifully flowered patio that houses a small, traditional Moroccan swimming pool.

Restored in the Hispanic Mauresque style with traditional Moroccan materials, this riad transports you to another epoch. The traditional decoration and the refreshing and calming ambiance of the Dar Tinmel will be appreciated after the bustling activity of the nearby Djemaa El Fna square.

On the terrace, under a Berber tent, guests are invited to relax and enjoy delicious oriental pastries and sip traditional mint tea. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the famous Koutoubia mosque emerging from the snow covered Atlas Mountains in the distance.

The Riad Dar Tinmel can be rented as a private holiday rental and can accommodate up to 8 people. Each accommodation includes one bed for two people.

- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.

30% deposit of total projected room charges upon reservation confirmation.

50% deposit of total projected room charges is reservation is made within 20 days of the confirmed arrival date.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room charges.

Cancellations made 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room charges.

Cancellations made 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room charges.
