Constructed around the central courtyard, the Dar Moussaine is a calm oasis that invites visitors to come and share the authentic and traditional Moroccan ambiance. Painted ceilings and the original Andalusian grilled windows have been lovingly conserved and restored in several of the guest salons and bedrooms overlooking the patio.

On the ground level are two salons equipped with video and a library.

Antique furniture, silks, historical photos, and the unique decor contribute to the exotic atmosphere of this residence.

Guests are invited to take their breakfast on the terrace and sunbathe and relax by the swimming pool in the adjoining courtyard.

- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
