Oriental beauty awaits you in the Riad Caid Rassou. Maud and Raymond are your onsite hosts, and they open for you the door of a world of oriental switness and occidental comfort. Upon your arrival, a delicious mint-tea is served to guests on the patio decorated with a magnificent fountain shaded by the orange trees.

Comprised of four large guest bedrooms that are individually decorated and include salon areas, and private bathrooms equipped with bathrobes and hair dryers.

Guests will enjoy the spacious rooftop terrace where they can relax and take an afternoon siesta in the sun or shade, or just enjoy a refreshing drink under the starry Marrakesh sky.

Traditional meals, such as couscous, tajines, and lemon chicken are available upon request and guest have the option of taking breakfast on the terrace(orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, pancakes, fruits, homemade yogurts).

A traditional Morrocan lounge is equipped with a television, Moroccan guides and books, as well as games. Only 15 minutes drive to three of the most prestigious colf courses in Marrakech.

Spa treatments are part of the Moroccan tradition and guests can enjoy the hammam (10 euros), followed by a relaxing massage (20 euros/half hour)with essential oils of rose or jasmin after a visit of the "Red City".

The Riad Caid Rassou can be rented as a private rental and can accommodate up to 9 people (with the addition of one rollaway bed - additional fee). Accommodations include 4 guestrooms, large Moroccan salon, dining room, central patio and the rooftop terrace. Breakfast is included daily in the rate.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Caïd Rassou will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
