How to Reserve ?

Online at www.riadsmorocco.com/travel-agency/ by entering your user ID and password.

By telephone, Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm (Paris local time) at: +33 1 42 08 18 33.

A guarantee deposit of 20% of the total projected room charges must be paid at the time of confirmation. This deposit can be paid with your client’s credit card or your agency’s credit card at the time of booking.

You receive email confirmations with all reservation information after booking (includes confirmation numbers, reserved rooms, arrival and departure dates, rates, the name, address, telephone, fax and email address of the property, guarantee deposit amount, remaining amount due to the property, and the reservation and cancellation conditions of the property). You may print these and give them to your clients.

Commissions :

Hotels & Ryads pays travel agencies 8% commissions of total room charges on all reserved and effected room reservations booked via their agency (excluding any taxes and any additional services or products purchased by the client at the property).

Commissions are paid punctually the month following the client’s departure date at the property.

Commission statuses can be viewed 24/7 online.

Payment :

Guarantee deposit : all reservations require a guarantee deposit of 20% that must be paid with a credit card that is valid through the duration of your client’s stay at the property. This card will be used to guarantee the reservation with the hotel owner, and will be charged in the event of a no show or for any applicable cancellation fees.

Balance due : each property has individual reservation and cancellation policies. The majority of our partners accept the balance due (total projected room charges minus the 20% guarantee deposit) upon client arrival. Others require an additional deposit and sometimes the total projected room charges to be paid in advance (especially during busy season). Reservation and cancellation policies are clearly outlined at the bottom of each property description page on our website and these details are included in reservation confirmation emails. Our system requires you to accept all reservation and cancellation terms and conditions before completing the reservation process.
