The Riad Zamane, built early in the last century, has been lovingly restored with great taste and fine attention to detail by the owner Mrs.Sakina Belcadi, a Fez native.

This luxurious and traditional Fassie home is decorated with respect to Moroccan tradition and the owner has succeeded in combining authentic arabic art with design and sobriety. Moroccan craftsmanship can be seen throughout the residence and you will enjoy the light and harmonious atmosphere and be captivated by the designs and decorative sculpted stucco.

Refined Moroccan cuisine can be enjoyed on the patio, in the traditional salon, or on the rooftop terrace that provides great views of the historical city.

A well trained and discreet staff is at your service and will make sure that your stay is a memorable one.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Zamane will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 8-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 3-7 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-3 days before the confirmed arrival date, or no-show, are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
