Revived quarters are situated around two large patios consisting of a splendid garden and a traditional Moroccan swimming pool.

The Riad Tinmel is available as a private rental and can accommodate up to 15 people. Accommodations include one double suite, one standard suite and four guest rooms. - Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Conditions:
Children 0-5 years can stay in their parents room at no charge
Children 6 years and older must pay an additional fee of 30% of the room total

30% deposit of total projected room charges upon reservation confirmation.

50% deposit of total projected room charges is reservation is made within 20 days of the confirmed arrival date.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room charges.

Cancellations made 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room charges.

Cancellations made 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room charges.
