In the event of a reservation cancellation, the riad El Manzar will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
Unique in Morocco, Oualidia is boarded by a lagoon isolated from the ocean and forming a sandy bay where water flows and goes. The town itself takes its name from a very old Kasbah that was built in the 17th century for the last saadian sultan El Wali.
The house "El Manzar", just up above the summer Palace of king Mohamed V, overlooks an infinite white sandy beach , where wildlife and marine birds are free and numerous, enjoying the richness of oysters parks and salt pools.
On the Medina side, a flowery garden gives access to the house from its terrace, dominating the royal forest, the laguna and the ocean.From the terrace, a little trek crosses eucalyptus trees and leads to the beach where a good swim is possible, as well as taking an outrigger out to the laguna waters to fish, sunbathe or eat on the sandy dunes delicious oysters and crabs from local fishermen.
