In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Villa Mouassine will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

| We enjoyed the personal tough we got staying at the ryad, people there are not as impersonal as in big hotel chains there you talk to the person in charge as well as the lady doing the other chores,they are as human as ourselves.They are very helpful and they offer advise that are good to the clients.The little hitch os that a bin -basket in the room would have been nice,so too if there was a full length mirror,being around 5feet 7 I found the washbassin in the bathroom high and the mirror by the door high also, otherwise no problem.Infact staying in the ryad made ne feel that I was staying in a home and not in a hotel, there was a human touch which was great. | ||
