In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad les Trois Palmiers El Bacha will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
Riad Les Trois Palmiers, Marrakech is an eighteenth century house, completely renovated by its owners, Patrick & Caroline, lovers of Morocco since ever that decided one day to realize their dreams !
The renovation, which took two years, was conducted in the state of the art. Many craftsmen of Marrakech and Fes have worked with the tradition "Beldi" materials such as zellige, plaster, tadelakt the Tantawi and carved cedar. Everything has been fulfilled in minute detail to restore the former glory to the Guest House.
The riad is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the medina, El Bacha, charming antique shops, the doors of the Palais El Bacha, 10 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna. Parking 2 minutes.

| Everything from the moment we were collected at the airport by Ali, the driver to the moment we left was fantastic. We felt like we were staying with a family rather than a hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful going above and beyond. I can't wait to go back again. | ||
