-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

| We had a very nice stay and it was no problem that we only speak English. The owner, Brigitte, speaks English very well. A more detailed review of the riad can be found at tripadvisor.com. | ||

| I stayed 3nights at Boussa. I was travel alone, but I never feel lonly. they are very kind. I wish to visit again and I want to meet them . I recomend that good and confortable to stay at Riad. | ||

| If you want to go to Marrakech, this riad is the one...a oasis in the noise medina, here you don´t ear anything, only birds singinging in the morning, only 10 minutes walk to Jema el Fna (5m if you don´t have lost of people and motorcycles in the street, you have to stop, that´s why you need 10m)... Brigitte (the owner) is wonderfull, very nice and kindness, if you need something ask her, information of Marrakech, places to eat...is like stay at home...when you arrive seve a menthe tea with biscuits...I really want to thaks to Brigitte, Ali, Jamila (ask for her biscuits), and the other girl (sorry I don´t remember the name) for everything, especially to Brigitte...Breakfast was good, traditional, with orange juice, tea or coffee, pancakes or crepes and sometimes fruit...If you want to go to Marrakech this is the riad to stay... just enjoy | ||
