-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
Comprised of 13 bedrooms and suites, La Maison Rouge is situated around a vast central patio planted with orange trees. A swimming pool measuring 9m is located on the rooftop terrace that provides spectacular views over the Royal Palaces and the historical medina. A bar, summer dining room and Moroccan salon are also at your disposition on the rooftop terrace.
The Riad Maison Rouge is located in a calm quarter that is only a 10 minute walk from the Place Djema el Fna. Accessible by car.
A Hammam and a massage room is at your disposal.
CHILDREN
Because of the house's traditional architecture La Maison Rouge is possibly dangerous for young children, besides, the pool has no attendant. Children are welcome from 10 years old.

| We had a fantastic stay at La Maison Rouge. The manager - Thierry was extremely helpful and friendly, as were all of the staff. We felt safe and looked after. I would definately recommend this riad to friends and family. Thank you. | ||

| El unico comentario negativo es que el Taxi acordó por mail ir a buscarme al Aeropuerto y no lo hizo.Luego al salir del hotel se pidio un Taxi para ir al Aeropuerto le pedimos que estuviera a las 13 Hs y cuando lo llamamos dijo 13.20 hs y como llegabamos tarde salimos del Hotel y tomamos un Taxi en la calle con lo cual llegamos tarde al Aeropuerto afortunadamente sin consecuencias.Deberian hablar con el Sr Rachid seriamente.Los saluda atte. | Very helpful, pleasant and courteous staff and the arranged pickup from and to the airport worked very well. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast fine if a little disorganised! The plumbing leaves a little to be desired - basins are too small and the shower drainage is poor. It's quite a hike to the Jemaa et Fna' but the route is interesting and very dangerous from the maniac moped drivers. However we liked the location because it is near the Badi Palace and the Saadien Tombs and very quiet. The French Manager Fred speaks good English and is very helpful. | ||
