| We had a wonderful first time in Marrakech, the food in the Riad was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even explaining local customs and organising trips. The only down comment we have is that some bedroom/bathroom refurbishments need doing and also the roof terrace needs attention - some of the furniture is in disrepair. We will recommend the Riad to friends and also it's excellent location for the centre and the sites to visit. | ||

| Review Dar Naima by Bruins Soedjono Family Belgium/Netherlands We would recommend a stay at Riad Dar Naima; we (parents & daughters 21,22 years) enjoyed our stay this spring; at the end of February beginning of March; the temperature was really nice; it could sometimes be a bit chill in the mornings. We felt welcome from the moment we entered the Riad where we were greeted by the always friendly Amin or other staff member. Being our first time in Morocco this Riad was a good choice; the dedicated staff made our stay really pleasant; joyful Sahira was bringing us breakfast every morning; being also a talented henna painter; she painted our arms and feet on our last day to bring home a souvenir from Marrakech. The internet site is very useful to make the choice: The place is exactly as pictured, so no surprises. The location of the Riad is very near the Jemaa el-Fna; in the quiet and better part of the centre Medina; So we have been exploring the city and visiting all the important places by foot. No need to take a taxi or caleche… We felt at home in the tranquility of the Riad courtyard, roof and rooms… However.... There is an important thing we would like to mention to the management: the maintenance of the bathroom/shower/toilet/washbassins utensils in general: in Btisam: the sink stopper should be fixed. | ||

| No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, otherwise very good and the staff helped us with bookings for resturants and excursions etc. | ||

| We enjoyed the stay at Riad Dar Naima very much. We felt welcome from the moment we entered the Riad where we were greeted by the always friendly staff. During our stay it was a pleasure to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the Riad court yard after the fuzz of the sukhs. We will defenitely return to Dar Naima the next time we visit Marrakech. | ||

| Dar Naima was located in one of the best parts of the Medina, proabably less than 5 minutes walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and everything from check-in to moving into the room was very easy. The place is exactly as pictured on the Internet, so no surprises. The rooms are very Morrocean and just what you would expect in Marrakech. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the country and would definetly consider staying again if I had the chance. | ||

| The bed in our room was to small for 2 persons so we used the adjoing bed as well. The Riad is very nice and laid back. The most serviceminded magager (french lady) recommended us nice establishements for hamman, lunch and dinner. The breakfast could be improved with a samall piece of cheese and maybe a yougurt. Location is perfect in Moussaine. | ||

| New management, needs some time to settle in. Ryad is older and needs some cosmetic work and they are working on those issues. | ||

| The manager was a little bit terrifying and unhelpful and when there was a mix up with our room staff took a long time to explain it to us.....which lead to a lot of confusion. But they sorted out the problem and organised a room for us at a nearby (and very nice) Riad (Layla, up the road) so all went well. We stayed for one night at Dar Naima and it was fine and very nice and clean. The only problem was that we asked for (and paid extra for) a room for three people. The "bed" supplied was a tiny and uncomfortable little couch - not cool! I'd still recommend the place to a friend though; it was great value for money if you are on a tight budget. | ||

| I had a warm welcome from everybody from the start and had a wonderful time. From the management on to the dedicated staff made my stay memorable and I felt more like a house guest than a tourist. They all felt like friends even after my short stay, which I hope to follow up as soon as my workload permits. Kind regards. | ||

| Very much enjoyed our stay! Staff were friendly and helpful - unfortunately air con was broken. This was a problem in July, but has undoubtedly been fixed now! | ||
