In winter, at dinner time, for an aperitif or simply in a moment of relaxation, you will have a seat around the heat of the two large chimneys in tadelakt chocolate.

Our four suites and two rooms offer all the comfort awaited in a top-of-the-range establishment combined to a refined decoration. On the terrace with a panoramic sight on the roofs of the Medina, between olive-trees, cactus and bougainvilleas, you will appreciate one moment of rest to the solarium, an aperitif or a dinner in the living room sheltered by a Moroccan tent.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Elias will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
