-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
The riad opens up on itself and only reveal itself at its guests’ looks. In these places, you will discover the refined alliance of a traditional riad soberly decorated and a contemporary one which is punctuated with subtle oriental touches.

On the ground floor, this guesthouse offers a patio planted with trees, living-space for relaxation and friendliness. Two of the 6 theme rooms and the dining-room, where you will be able to discover the richness of Moroccan cuisine and even European, according to your desires, hinge on this patio. In order to preserve your intimacy, a table can be laid out at your convenience in the patio, in the dining-room or on the terrace. Various spaces are at your disposal in the orange tree and the fig tree shade and you will be able to enjoy at leisure numerous relaxation areas that we do up for your well-being.
On the first floor, if you want to relax, you will have the choice between the oriental atmosphere of the “Bar Soleil” (Sun bar) lounge, the hushed atmosphere of the “Salon Berbčre” (Berber Lounge) and its “tadelakt” chimney, or the quiet intimacy of the library. Lastly, on the terrace, tables in “zelliges”, deckchairs and Moroccan lounges wait you to offer you peaceful and fullness moments, with the ancient El Jadida medina and its minaret on the backdrop.
Riad Soleil d’Orient, by virtue of its spaces and its voluntarily limited number of 3 suites and 3 rooms, all air-conditioned, and each one with a lounge area and a bathroom in tadelakt, essentially designed for your comfort, will be for you the guarantee of an authentic stay in guestrooms at El Jadida.
CATERING: Breakfast: You will be able to savor as you like Moroccan crepes, muffins, pancakes, brioches or different pies made by ourselves, all served with fresh-squeezed fruit juices, honey and home-made jams. Dinner: On request (the morning for the evening): 20 Euros (220 Moroccan Dirhams).

| C'est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goűt. Le propriétaire est trés sympathique et sait ętre présent pour ses hôtes tout en restant discret c'est appréciable. Toutes les personnes qui y travaillent sont trés aimables. On sent une bonne ambiance. De tous les riads de notre séjour c'est un vrai coup de coeur! | ||
