Located a little in withdrawal of the principal avenue, the imposing residence is revealed embraced with white bougainvillea creepers and large trees. Conceived in the style of a pleasing palace, this house reflects the spirit of the villas located at the south of Morocco reflecting the Moorish-Islamic style of architecture with a touch of Yemeni and Egyptian influence.
One arrives in to a court garden with mosaic floors, hand crafted zellige fountains covered with a thick bed of rose petals, water lilies and imposing papyruses. The main entrance of the palace is carried out by a long corridor arched narrowly inspired by a Derb of the Médina. In the centre of the corridor hang enormous antique wrought iron lamps suspended by pompous silk strings. Four rooms lie on the side of the main hall each named after the perfumes of aromatic plants such as Musk, Sandal and Jasmine…
True echo with the thousand exhaled scents, grabbed with the liking of a dawdling in the varied succession of the universes landscapes. Each room has its own theme of decoration defined by its well marked and underlined choice of specific colours, as well as a privative garden or a terrace, inspired by the spirit of the consecutive patios of the palace. Three spaces of the palace dedicate their interiors to full continuations. The left wing draws from legendary female pleasure to name each apartment with feminine grace such as Soraya, Leïla… Whereas, the right wing is labelled with male first names such as Bilal, Shahine or Marwane which reveal their personalized Eastern glare. At the end of the corridor “lobby”, a double living room with the broad settees strewn with pleasing cushions invites one to relaxation and drift away into the world of luxury. The large windows overlooking the rear patio of the palace reveal a green panorama of lush green gardens, a swimming pool, and the luxurious terraces covered in velvety plants.
This patio ends in a broad gallery, the successive arcades, accessible by a passage conceived in the spirit from a floating bridge. The part located on the line of the building, entirely glazed, contains a second interior living room, thus proposing a place of exchange and soft idleness. In its prolongation and on the left, a terrace open on the swimming pool inviting the guests to take a dip or just coil around with a good book. The Sky Bar located just by the pool is a perfect place for a drink to refresh ones senses.
In the centre of this gallery, a paved way crosses an odoriferous variegated rosary, and leads to an historic structure which was built in the early half of the 20th Century and its ground floor is devoted to the restaurant and cigar lounge of the Palace. A continuation and two rooms were arranged there in this same will of refinement and intimate comfort. The dining room proposes two distinct poles: An interior space dînatoire in tones of maroon, ochre and beige, and a vast terrace extending towards the rose garden. In the evening, the gardens are covered with golden light and bathed with moist dews. The floating reflection of wavering flames of the many lanterns and candles on the water are like sparks carried by the dance of the wind… The sight of the gardens is worth ones sight forming a very intimate and romantic ambiance. Lampions in finely engraved and studded border the alleys. The spectacle improvised by the fine north wind, plunges the house in a velvety atmosphere of unfathomed magic, where fairyhood becomes only protagonist of a roundly carried out scenario.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.
