After the discovery of its architecture which looks like a Kasbah and having crossed the heavy gate, you arrive in our property sheltered from the glances, by a path covered with a pergola, under a waterfall of bougainvilliers which leads to a car park.

Alain welcomes you in his oriental Eden worthy of the one thousand and one nights. You enter inside a protected space, in a patio embellished with four orange trees in the middle of which is a fountain.

The wind blowing in curtains, as well as the rustle of the water transport you in an exotic and serene atmosphere. A living and dining room welcomes you for a delicious breakfast or a meal allowing you to discover the Moroccan cooking (tajines, couscous, briouats,..)

Further, a Moroccan lounge, decorated with a traditional chimney incites to the relaxation.

The library offers you a selection of different books and if you prefer entertainment, a big screen television is at your disposal, allowing you to choose among numerous channels of the satellite. You can also have a DVD player and a video recorder to compose your program.

For the music lovers, a hi-fi system and numerous games are available for entertainments in family or between friends
Outside, in the middle of a flowery garden, in accordance with the landscape, a big overflowing swimming pool (warmed in winter) invites you in the refreshment and in the idleness.
If you wish it, Alain can organize under a big tent which adjoins the swimming pool, typical evenings with Arabian-Andalusian musicians, gnawa of Marrakesh, belly dancers and snake charmers.

The arrangement of a traditional hammam (warmed with wood fire) as well as an air-conditioned fitness room are included in the price of the accomodation.

Slightly set back from the others, a nice room with its King size bed overlooks the patio. A staircase leads you to the superior floor where a passageway distributes the other rooms. A room with twin beds, the other one with a big double bed (King size) in canopy and a suite equipped with a desk (with possible access to Internet) and a balcony which overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.

- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Dar Ilham will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30€.
-Cancellations received 0-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
