Riad 72 is an ancient palace located in the heart of the Marrakech medina. The property owners have mixed the traditional oriental Moroccan decor style with modern chic, and the result is a relaxed haven that provides guests with a zen ambiance.

This charming palace offers three large rooms and one suite, which is outstandingly beautiful because of its ceilings decorated in sculpted wood and its cupola. The decoration and interior style is elegant and sober. The decor is composed of harmonizing atmospheres with colours. All the bedrooms overlook the central patio that hosts a delightful garden where you can relax, listening to the refreshing murmurs of the fountain.

The solarium terrace rooftop is one of the highest in Marrakech, dominating the medina and facing the Dar El Pacha Palace. The discreet and attentive staff is happy to serve guests their breakfast, dinner or cocktails on the rooftop terrace.

The Riad 72 can be rented as a private rental and can accommodate up to 8 people. Accommodations include four spacious guest quarters, each equipped with a private bathroom. Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.
