In the Medina of Marrakech and 10 minute walking from the Place Jeema El Fna, and yet, coming into our home, you will enter in another universe : « là tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, luxe, calme et volupté ».

Sheltered from the commotion of the city and far from mass tourism, just relax in one of our living-rooms, make a siesta in your cozy bed-room specifically decorated on a theme that invites you to travel or to make a daydream, dive into oriental delights enjoying our hammam and why not a massage by a professional who will take very good care of you, and last but not least, taste a tagine, a pastilla or crusty briouates...The staff, thoughtful and attentive, is there to assure your comfort and well-being. In a traditional house of the medina, the patio is the heart of the house around which life flows out, calm and quiet. In fact, our Riad has two patios ; one planted with bamboos, tropical plants and a generous orange tree, and the other will welcome you for lunch or dinner when the weather is fine.

From the terrace, the view on the Atlas mountain is staggering ; the rustling of the Medina so full of mystery will stimulate your imagination. But you can quite as well laze on the couches or soak into the splash pool! The house offers you 3 living-rooms ; one on the ground floor around a fireplace with home-cinema facility (music and video), another one on the first floor where you can rest in peace after shopping in the souks and read a good book, and a third one also on the first floor, toped by a spectacular glass roof.

Our 5 rooms. One is located on the ground floor and the other are all located on the first floor in order to guaranty complete intimacy. Decoration is most refined and comfort, our permanent concern. Every room has air conditioning, individual heating system and a private bath-room with a shower and WC.
Because of the house's traditional architecture the riad Safa is possibly dangerous for children, besides, the splash pool has no attendant. Children are welcome from 13 years old.

With her 2 patios, intimate and comfortable living-room, sunny terrace with a large Jacuzzi, the house can accommodate 8 people in her 5 double rooms decorated with style and refinement; all of them have a tadelakt bathroom , WC, air conditioning and heating system, and are located on first floor for more intimacy.

Tourism taxes (generally not included in the room rate).
Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Safa will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
