Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellations received 30-45 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0-29 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
