A precious jewel that is ideally located in a 14th century alley hidden in the Riad Zitoune quarter, near the Imperial Palace of El Bahia, the Dar Si Said Museum and the El Badii Square.

The murmuring fountains on the patio provide a relaxing backdrop music to the beauty of the Tiwaline, who name means "private glance with a wink". Jamella, the owner, extends a warm welcome to all of her guests and ensures your stay in Marrakech will be an unforgettable one.

Totally renovated in compliance with the ancestral techniques and traditional Moroccan materials, Tiwaline has lost nothing of its original and authentic breathtaking aspect. Two years and six months were necessary to give this Riad, many times centenarian, the sweetness and the warmth that it extends to its guests. To achieve this goal, Jamella did not overlook on detail.
The resulting outcome of this adventure is fascinating : The cedar wood is worked with talent and extreme care. The delicacy and the artful touch is reflected in every last detail. Every single motif faithfully respects traditional Arab-Muslim artistic techniques.

The Riad Tiwaline can be rented as a private rental and can accommodate up to 14 people. Accommodations include 5 suites with double beds (4 rollaway beds can be added). Located on the ground floor is the central patio with a spectacular fountain, the summer salon, the Tiznit Suite, and a hammam. A Moroccan salon, the cultural library, Tifelt Suite and the Tighdouine Suite are located on the first floor. The Tinghir and Tioute Suites are located on the second floor. The rooftop terrace is open for your enjoyment and provides a salon relaxation area, solarium and breakfast can be taken here while appreciating the view. Breakfast is included daily in the rate.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
