Private rental of the Talaa 12 includes height spacious rooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, use of all public areas such as the lounge and salon areas, central patio and the rooftop terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned (except for small extra room). On site staff are at your disposition and meals can be organized for your group.

Tourism taxes (generally not included in the room rate).
Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If clients wish to pay their room charges with a credit card they will be subject to a 5% service fee. This service fee does not apply to the guarantee deposit paid at the time of booking and is only applicable to credit card payments made directly to the property.

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Talaa 12 will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
