Los riads marroquís deben cobrar dos tipos de tasas a sus clientes :
- Tasa de promoción turística : el importe de esta tasa depende de la categoría de la propiedad, entre 8 y 11 dirhams por persona y por noche. Esta tasa es cobrada por los riads e integralmente devuelta a la Oficina de Turismo de Marruecos.
Tasa de la ciudad : como los hoteles y restaurantes, los riads tienen ahora que colectar también la “tasa de la ciudad”. El importe de esta tasa es de 15 dirhams por persona (mayor que 12 años) y por noche.

A tour through courtyards, staircases and corridors of altogether 7 traditional houses gives a good impression of the ancient and pure forms of traditional Moroccan architecture. Their 12 suites and rooms are spread out over five interconnected patios.
Three salons and several alcoves are the ideal setting for reading, playing bridge, dozing or having a sun-downer before, if you wish, being served dinner in their dining room that seats up to 15. Extensive terraces, equipped with tents and deckchaires, invite you to rest or sunbathe.
The small solar-heated pool with its jacuzzi, their library with a fine assortment of books on Morocco, a large collection of classical CDs, a television set in the Palm House sitting room and their hammam (15€/h for 2 people) with massage possible are at the disposal of guests.

POLÍTICA DE RESERVAS Y CANCELACIONES
Deposit policy: A 50 % deposit is required for peak periods, for stays of more than 5 nights or for reservations of 3 or more rooms. The deposit is payable by credit card or preferably by bank transfer. Balance is payable direct to hotel on departure. Peak seasons are Christmas & New Year and Easter periods.
Cancellation policy: If cancellation occurs 2-4 weeks before arrival, a 50 % cancellation fee is applied. A 100 % cancellation fee is due when cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival. The deposit is fully refundable (minus bank charges) if cancellation occurs up to 4 weeks before arrival.
